- The customer-oriented organization of the company, which, thanks to its flexible management structure, is able to effectively meet the needs of its customers
- Maintaining continuous communication with its customers and promptly responding to their requirements and any problems that may arise
- On-time delivery of orders to its customers, while ensuring the excellent quality of the products
- The use of advanced technology equipment and facilities, as well as their continuous improvement and modernization
- Maintaining cooperation with selected and distinguished suppliers & subcontractors, as well as systematic quality control of the products and services they provide to the company
- Continuous monitoring of developments in the ready-made clothing sector and of international or community regulations governing the operation of the business
- Establishing internal objective quality targets for the company's critical processes and systematically monitoring them
- Compliance of its products with international safety standards such as EN ISO 14682 and EN 71.
